If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

If you need help with your appointment

Please tell us:

  • if there’s a specific doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to respond
  • if you would prefer to consult with the doctor or nurse by phone, face-to-face, by video call or by text or email
  • if you need an interpreter
  • if you have any other access or communication needs

Home visits

If you are housebound and need an appointment, we will do a home visit. We will phone you first to understand what you need.

To request a home visit, it’s helpful if you phone the practice as soon before 11am as possible.

It is clinically better for you to be seen at the surgery where we have better facilities, diagnostic aids and lighting to assess you.

Home visits are for housebound patients and for those too ill to attend the surgery. Home visits are not for those who do not have transport.

Extended Hours & Weekend Availability

The practice is part of the West London GP Federation meaning our patients have access to GP led services (this will not be your usual GP) via the Extended Hours Hubs for acute problems only.

This excludes:

  • Long-term, ongoing conditions, for example diabetes, asthma, etc.
  • Referrals to hospitals and other services
  • Investigations including blood test, x-rays, scans
  • Repeat prescriptions

We are providing extra prebookable appointments with a GP and a HCA on a Saturday between 9.00am -13.00pm & 14.00pm – 17.00pm. If you require an appointment on a Saturday, please contact the surgery Monday to Friday as the phone line will be closed on Saturdays.
Please note that Saturday clinics are only for pre-bookable appointments, no administration queries can be resolved.

You must be registered with a member practice, such as this one to access these services.
